Education has been a cornerstone of the Dominican Sisters of the Trinity’s mission, empowering individuals and communities through knowledge and enlightenment. Since their inception, these dedicated sisters have recognized the transformative power of education in nurturing minds, fostering spiritual growth, and building a brighter future. FLAGSHIP SCHOOL

San Pedro College

San Pedro College was founded in 1956 by the Dominican Sisters of the Trinity from Quebec, Canada. It began as a school of nursing of the San Pedro Hospital, the first Catholic hospital in Mindanao, which the religious sisters have been operating since their arrival in 1948.

Basic Education

In the academic year of 2012-2013, a remarkable chapter in education unfolded as the Basic Education Department swung open its doors. This new journey welcomed 590 eager learners from diverse backgrounds, spanning across Pre-elementary (Nursery, Kinder I, and Kinder II), Elementary (Grades I-IV), and the budding High School heroes of Grade VII and Second Year.

MISSION SCHOOLS

St. James Academy Malabon

It was built in 1926 and managed by the Maryknoll Sisters until 1980 then the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena from 1980 to 2010. The school was turned over to the Dominican Sisters of the Trinity in 2010.

Holy Cross of Hagonoy

Holy Cross of Hagonoy is a parochial school of the Diocese of Digos. It was previously administered by the MIC Sisters. In1991 the MIC Sister officially endorsed the school to the Dominican Sisters of the Trinity.

Assumption College of Monkayo

In 1984, the Assumption Sisters ceded the administration of the school to the diocese of Tagum which was then offered to the Dominican Sisters of the Trinity.

Holy Cross Magsaysay

The PME Fathers offered the management to Dominican Sisters of the Trinity in 1991. This was the first High School in Davao del Sur.

San Antonio High School of Aras-asan

San Antonio High School of Aras-asan is located in Surigao del Sur. The school population was only about 250 students. The school was turned over the Diocese of Surigao in 2015 due lack of Sisters.

Father Urious Academy Hinatuan

In 2005, the parish priest of Hinatuan invited the Dominican Sisters of the Trinity to manage the school. 

St. Louis High School of Tigao

Maryknoll Institute of Language and Culture

The Language School was opened in 1958 and owned by the Maryknoll Fathers to teach Cebuano and Tagalog languages. The Dominican Sisters of the Trinity assume the operation on January 11, 2010.
